It seems to have done the job, we're happy

I purchased your fiber lock to test and see if it would help with the leak I was having on my 94 S10, 4wd vortec V6. And I am extremely happy to say, that it did in fact fix my issues. I will for sure be spreading the word to friends and family. Thank you for such a superior product.

It works. Very good product.

Follow directions exactly and it works. I had the problem with overheating. I'd fill it up and it would last a short time till more overheating. Had a friend that fixed his smoke blowing van successfully with this, so he suggested it to me. I went through the process and was then able to drive without issue. It's now been 13 months and still running great.

2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I used it last night. It saved me a lot of money and time. It worked very well.

I also think that the problem with the 1 star reviews is lack of following directions. One person stated they used 1/2 bottle and I know that engine doesn't hold enough radiator fluid to add that much. I have a 1990 Nissan 300zx non tugboat with over 190000 miles. After a long trip I noticed I was consuming a massive amount of oil. (5 quarts in 150 miles). I ordered a gasket kit and got prepared for some grueling work. In the mean time I thought I would try this product to see if I could slow the leak enough to get to town to shop. I followed directions but after about 1/5 of the bottle was poured in the engine smoothed right out...I was hopeful so I stopped pouring (less is more), and drove car for about 40 miles. Leak slowed significantly and runs silk smooth. That was last night. This morning I topped of the radiator and put in amount to total 1/3 of the bottle in my car. So another 1/5 or so. Car ran smoother than ever and not losing any oil., Thank you for designing a product that does what it says.

I own a shop and this is as good as it get over half the transmission that come in for a overhaul don't need it after I install trans x

Had a Chev Malibu (auto transmission) stuck in 1st gear. I was skeptical, but tried it. Six 6 miles later began shifting and never missed a shift for the 2 years following, when I sold the car.

Just used k&w block seal with the military strength fiber-lock sealer and I am completely dumbfounded at how amazing it works. You guys weren't kidding with your double money back guarantee. The stuff is absolutely incredible.

Good stuff. I have a 1997 Mercury Sable that was shifting in and out of overdrive and would shift hard in to second gear sometimes. I changed the filter and fluid and added Trans-X. The cars transmission is shifting smooth and has not jumped out of overdrive lately.

02/13 Robert

Great product! Have used it in 4 vehicles, to resolve slippage, a stuck valve and sluggish shifting. One of the best products of any kind that I have ever used. More people need to know about it.

1000 plus in my pocket. 2002 Ford Taurus. Daughter had a blown head gasket (white smoke, coolant in oil, compression lost) 150 miles from home; smart girl pulled over immediately. I used a full bottle of the Nano stuff as directed in the parking lot of a 24hr Exon. Three hours later I drove the car home. No smoke, good compression, clean oil (of course I changed the oil first). I swear by it.

I purchased your product Trans-X Automatic Transmission stop leak for my daughter's car, an 89' Cutlass Cierra which she now uses at college. You have saved me untold expense and inconvenience, and I thank you very much.

Trans-X by K&W is a time-tested remedy for age-related complaints in automatic transmissions, power steering systems, and other hydraulic circuits. The solvents and lubricity agents in Trans-X help to revitalize rubber components, reduce slipping, free sticky shift valves, and reduce external and internal leaks caused by aged seals and gaskets. Cleaning agents in Trans-X help remove sludge, gums, and varnish, to ensure against premature failure and extend transmission life. We recommend Trans-X as a flushing agent before transmission fluid and filter changes, and as a regular additive for higher-mileage Mercedes-Benz automatic transmissions of every generation. The first application of Trans-X should be followed by a complete fluid and filter change within 1000 miles. Subsequent applications may be added with routine fluid and filter changes.

94 S10 155k mil. Had head gasket leak into cooling system. Would over pressurize system and over heat! Est. for fix over 1k. Figured why not try this. Added to top hose and ran as required. stopped problem enough to drive without over heating but still ran hot. Each drive got better. After 4 20 mile drives, totally sealed. One problem was no heat! Took off hoses to Heater core and flushed both ways. Heat is at 150 deg. now! My recommendation would be to loop Heater hose until sealed.

I purchased this from Amazon after heavy consideration upon reading the mixed reviews. I have a 1997 Ford F-150 4.6L V8, which HAD a trickle leaking head gasket. I'll state that I had no visible leaks, but had to refill with coolant about once every 3 weeks. My expansion reservoir also smelled heavily of exhaust fumes. I followed the instructions to the letter...which I suggest you do as well. DO NOT USE WHILE YOUR ENGINE IS WARM...wait until it is cold. My vehicle doesn't have direct access to the radiator, so I had to disconnect the upper radiator hose and follow that set of instructions. I ran the vehicle for about 30 minutes, more than instructed, and where my beginning idle sounded like a Harley before, it smoothed it out very nicely. It's been in there for going on it's third week and I haven't lost any coolant yet. I left the product in the system like the bottle said, but I would probably discourage anyone with small 4 cylinder engines from doing that. I don't know if it will work for you like it did for me, but a head gasket job for me in South Florida would have run me twice what my truck is worth. It was $30 well well spent. If only they made a liquid mechanic for my exhaust leaks...

I'd tried for the first time on a KIA Sephia, a friend of mine spoke to me about the product, great stuff. I would recommended, great stuff guys............

This product has really helped me on a car that could hardly pull itself up a hill before I poured in 1 bottle of Trans-X. Afterwards, the car was just fine and I drove it 1000 miles a week for about another year. Still no trans problems when I traded it in.

09/16 Chas Hawth

Just wanted to drop you a quick note… I drive a 2000 Forester and the trans started hesitating in drive, I am a mechanic and see this fairly often with Subaru’s. I love my car, its got 210K on it and I wasn’t excited about putting a trans in it. I took a shot at using your “TRANS X” and I am still in shock. I don’t think this car ever drove as nice as it does now, and all my tranny woes are over! Thank you and your engineers, I really love my car again!

John

Liquid gold. I owned a used car dealership for many years and whenever a car was shifting rough or leaking transmission fluid, I would give it the Trans-X treatment. It worked well over 90% of the time, correcting the problems quickly. I have even had main seals that were leaking a steady stream and Trans-X stopped the leaking.

I am absolutely amazed. Two weeks ago the water pump went out on my 1998 Chevy van on the interstate while driving home late at night. I made it to the next exit, but the van had badly overheated. I didn't know what had happened, but I bought some jugs of water at a convenience store to put in the cooling system, and I made it home without overheating again. The next day, when I filled the cooling system, it was obvious that the water pump had gone out because water was pouring out of it. I had the water pump repaired, and the van was running good for about a day, but then it started running really rough. When I started checking on things, I discovered that there was water in the oil. I refilled the cooling system, drove a short distance with the van running very badly, and checked the cooling system again. Sure enough, the water had been sucked into the engine. I was very depressed because I knew it would cost too much to have the head gasket repaired. I wasn't prepared financially to purchase another vehicle, and I didn't know what I was going to do. Fortunately, I was able to borrow the company's truck for a few days. I decided to make a trip to an auto parts store to see if there was any sort of temporary "fix" that I could try. I think it was actually at Wal-Mart that I purchased a bottle of K & W Nanotechnology Head Gasket & Block Repair. Over the Labor Day weekend, I followed the directions exactly that came with the bottle. I really didn't have much hope that it would work, BUT IT DID! I am truly amazed. The van is actually running better than ever, and no cooling solution has disappeared from the cooling system. I changed the oil, too, and what I drained out was really bad. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Bought this the other day and my gas mileage went from 17.1 to 18.4. It runs smoother and sounds smoother. I can't believe it worked that well. Actually, I can. It's a CRC product. Thank you to all who were involved in creating this product. Keep up the good work.

My 98 Tacoma started slipping this winter and noticed hard shifting before hitting 40mph on highway, have over 200,000 miles on Tacoma. Added some of this, and my slipping stopped along with shifting. This $8 bottled at Walmart saved me $900 at a transmission mechanic. Good stuff highly recommend.

This product really works!!

Excellent product. Works as advertised. Perfect to use when you don't have time for a fluid change. Adds viscosity to worn oil and helps lubricate valve bodies and other moving parts.

This stuffy works great! Have a recommendation! 94 S10 155k mil. Had head gasket leak into cooling system. Would over pressurize system and over heat! Est. for fix over 1k. Figured why not try this. Used Blue Devil Head Gasket sealant on same vehicle 8 months ago. Now I've tried K&W. It's been great for a couple weeks now. But a better surprise was that the engine smoothed out, the ticking during idle and the horse power seems to have improved along with gas mileage. Due to thickness add to radiator hose. I added 1/2 gallon antifreeze then half bottle of K&W to hose. I added another half gallon of antifreeze, reattached hose, then filled radiator, started engine heat on high for 15 minutes and have been driving ever since.

Changed oil, Changed Spark plugs, Put 1/3 bottle in lower hose of my Mother in Laws 94' mercury topaz. Cracked head #2 Cyl. Was pressurizing the cooling system at startup. Steam out of the exhaust, milky oil. Started it up and 20+- min. later no more unusual pressure, steamy exhaust, or milky oil.

Most people will not put your car through what I do. I have a Chevy cobalt SS turbo, making 462whp with many aftermarket parts. There is a problem with some of the stock engine blocks that produce a weak casting when being manufactured. So when subjected to high amounts of power such as in my case, the internal water jacket around a cylinder can crack and leak coolant into the oil drain back passages into the pan. When my block actually cracked, it emptied the coolant reservoir in about a minute into the crank case, it was a nightmare. Only option was a completely new short block which was not really on the budget. In a bind, I decided to try this stuff. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS..... don't pour into your radiator, it will clog it of course. Pour it into the hose as the directions state so it has a chance to go into the block first. After 20 minutes of running, it fixed the internal leak. It has been 8,000 miles since I did the fix, and back up to only making 416whp now as I'm not pushing it too hard anymore, but this product has more than paid for itself. Edit: 20,000 miles later, block is still fixed. Good product.

This stuff is unbelievable. Read reviews and watched videos before I tried this on a 2004 Tahoe and finally took the plunge. The car was losing antifreeze (a gallon every 3 weeks), I added the K&W as directed and ever since, about 2 months now, the car fluid levels have stayed where they are supposed to and the engine temperature no longer fluctuates. I had expected to have to flush the motor or remove the thermostat or replace the radiator, but nothing, it just worked. Wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it for myself.

I wanted to take the time to THANK YOU for your great product! I have a 2000 BMW 528I with 300K miles on it. The coolant was blowing out the tail pipe with lots of vapor type smoke. I tried another expensive product just for BMW and it didn't work. Still smoking and running rough. I tried yours and it worked in about 30 mins. Still running smoothly 3 days later. Thank you so much for this product since it saved me about $4000 bucks. Well worth the small $35.00 and change and the short amount of time and effort to install it into my car.

I just treated another Volvo ’99 V70 xc that had a new head put on but they neglected to replace the water pump which was leaking pretty bad(constant dripping when parked when running a steady trickle!)Was skeptical that K&W would work on the leak but after a complete flush of block and cooling system, I used about 1/2 of a big bottle(green nano stuff) 15 min later, leak was sealed no water dripping! Amazing!

03/13 Todd

Used this on a 06 Suzuki Forenza. I was using coolant through the combustion chamber causing cyl 4 to misfire. Followed the instructions for mix ratio for cars capacity. No more coolant loss! misfire disappeared! Thank you CRC for this product!

03/16 Tim Tawbush

This saved me thousands of dollars on transmission work. My 2000 Subaru will take between five to twenty second for drive to engage. After adding this product, drive engage in less than two second. Don't forget to check your transmission fluid level after adding Trans-X.

06/16 Happy Subaru Driver

Had a coolant leak that I couldn't find after removing and checking all hoses. Wasn't the heater core either. Had to be a gasket. Unlike other products I was looking at, this one didn't require me to flush the system...bet. No cap directly on the radiator so we had to loosen the hose and pour it in that way. Let the car idle for a 20 minutes then took it for a ride. No leaks so far. If nothing else this is a great quick temporary fix but I'm hoping it's permanent like the manufacturer boasts. If I could suggest anything it would be that they sell it in a small bottle too as I didn't even use half. Thanks!

I am skeptical about products that make claims like this but I really did not want to throw this car away for scrap as the repair is more than the car is worth. The local "Pick & Pull" auto junk yard offered $500.00. If the car was in good running condition it would be worth about $3500.00. Ford Windstar has a known problem of warping heads and this was my problem. As a last ditch effort I purchased this product, followed the instructions to the letter and to my amazement, It worked and worked well. As of this review, I have put about 5000 miles on the engine and it's holding up just fine. Can't say how long it will last but this is much better than junking the car which is in great shape otherwise.

This product is great I have a 1996 Chevy with a 5.7 350, it had a coolant leak running down the back of the engine. I figured it was the intake manifold and it was losing 1 gallon a day of coolant. I tried this last night, followed directions and within 15 minutes the leak stopped and engine ran cooler, I'm just waiting for the moisture to dry in my exhaust. this stuff works....

09/16 Amazon Customer

Blew a head gasket in my '02 tracker. Coolant was spewing into the tailpipe and it looked like the car was on fire when it idled. Figuring that I has nothing to lose, I picked up a bottle of this stuff. I got home, followed the. Directions and within a half hour of using this stuff there was no more smoke and the engine began to run smoothly once again. I have driven for hundreds of miles since then and this stuff is still holding up!

01/15 Jason Porter

Good grief; this stuff stopped my hard shifting and turned off my check engine light coded as tranny slip. I will update how long it lasts but this stuff is amazing. P.S. I only put in a Pint of the high mileage stuff. (2nd Response) YW:) I still can't believe it. Trans mech down the street wanted 800 to 1300 USD to fix the 1-2 hard shifting and minor tranny slip from 4th to OD. Obviously a rebuild. Still shifting smooth after a week. Will continue to update. I will drop names. I used Lucas Trans Slip additive twice before. Would work for a day. Of course all it did was thicken the oil to seal better but would breakdown and thin out after a few miles. This obviously cleans the varnish off sticking pressure valves and unsure how but it bumps line pressure immensely. You can tell better grip on takeoff.

02/17 AboutMyFathersBusiness

It works. Had Dodge Dealer Transmission Flush on 2009 Dodge Charger with 160K Miles. Transmission immediately developed problems with shuddering, hard shifts, and free-revving. Before going the Dealer suggestion of transmission replacement, tried Trans-X as a last resort. Within 15 miles, all of the problems have abated and the transmission has resumed normal operation. I am very pleased with this miracle in a bottle. I didn't expect this type of restoration. Excellent product.

I bought a large bottle of Bar's Leaks which says guaranteed to work, that's a joke I may as well poured it on the ground. It cost me over $40.00 for it and a gallon of anti freeze. Anyway I then went an bought a bottle of your product, K&W head n block seal, it was way cheaper under $20.00. To make a long story short its just an awesome product. I followed directions on it same as I did with the BARS JOKE and its been over a month since I used yours an I drive it daily, at least 50 miles to and from work and so far I've had no problem with the leak. So thank you all at CRC I will recommend your products to others.

04/16 William Nichols

I had my doubts, but I figured $35.00 dollars wasted before I tore my sons Hard body engine apart would be worth it. All I can say is thank you. Followed the instructions and after letting the engine idle for 20 minutes, problem solved... Could see the leak stop as time went on. Will recommend FiberLock to everyone. Thanks again.

My wife's 2000 Chrysler Town & Country has about 175,000 miles and it started vibrating when first accelerating from a stop. We happened to be going to a family gathering when this first happened and so asked my brother-in-law to drive the van and possibly diagnose the problem in that he is a wholesaler of older used cars. After he drove it, he said that the first gear drum in the transmission was slipping, but that that it was not slipping when in reverse, which is what they normally do, and he thought that meant the transmission was not too far gone. I bought CRC 402015 Trans-X Slip-Stop Leak. The slipping mostly stopped just a few minutes after adding the product and my brother-in-law said that as the product works its way into the clutch plates it will work better, and it did. The next day I had the fluid and filter changed, I didn't add anymore additive as I figured there was enough left in the torque converter (about ½ of the fluid resides in the torque converter) and the trip home the night before was about 60 miles which gave plenty of time for the additive to circulate. This weekend I will probably drain the fluid again and at that time add some more Trans-X. Update several months later: I drained my transmission fluid twice within several weeks after the transmission first started slipping and added more Trans-X and have had no more troubles. Probably at the six month mark I'll drain it again.

Everyone else on the forum may be a better mechanic than me, but this stuff cured my shudders, it was recommended to me by my stepbrother who is about the smartest mechanic I know. $10.00...it works, what else did you need to know?

03/12 Satisfied Customer

Great for slightly overheated aluminum engines. If your aluminum block engine has an intake gasket or head gasket that is blown and white smoke comes from the exhaust but water is NOT in the oil. Then this will save the engine 90% of the time. For the price, it is worth trying. Dealers use the same thing and charge a lot more. I have used it twice and it worked both times. Add into radiator or upper radiator hose if your car doesn't have a radiator cap. Run engine with heater on until engine reaches normal temperature then let idle for 20 minutes and your done. You can leave it in the engine until you need to replace antifreeze, it won't harm anything in your engine at all.

My 1996 Windstar was losing coolant fast. The Ford dealer said I needed a new head gasket costing more than $1,600. I read on-line reviews of this product and I thought I'd take a chance. I dropped the Windstar off at a local radiator repair shop with the bottle of K&W and went over the instructions thoroughly with the mechanic. He said he had never used this before, but was interested in trying it. I left the car with him for two days. When I picked it up he said he had followed the directions exactly and charged me $80. He also said that he thought it worked, but time would tell. I drove the Windstar for another five years and 100,000 miles without any further coolant loss or head gasket problems. It's worth a try! The End :)

Mechanic in a BOTTLE!! I have never written a review on a product until today. I read the reviews on this product and decided to try it. Let me say this, for a day my transmission was skip shifting, slipping and not downshifting. I put this in, and placed vehicle in reverse. I then backed out of the driveway, placed into drive and it slipped for a second and BAM it was instantly as if I had replaced the transmission! NO JOKE. It has been running perfectly for three days so far. I am totally impressed. The leak has also stopped after about three hundred miles of driving. I will purchase this product again and again.

02/14 BillyBear

I was ready to junk my car as it had a blown head gasket and to fix it cost more than the car I really doubted this stuff would work but it has a money Back option if it doesn't work. It saved my car and it worked perfectly as it say is does. A Big THANK YOU for a great product and my hat is off to the person that figured out how to do this.

05 Duramax 6.6 – Replaced head gaskets and a re-lug at 200,000 miles that cost $5,000.00. Then at 209,000 miles I had number 4 injector go bad and when removed the cylinder filled with coolant, it appeared the head was cracked in between the seals on the injector - replaced injector and drove the truck until 230,000 miles that’s when it started losing a gallon of coolant internally in cylinder every 200 miles. I did not want to spend the money replacing heads so I did some research and found this product. Followed the directions and truck has not used any coolant now for 1,000 miles. Truck now starts sound with no issues whatsoever. Cost $40.00 at the local parts store and head replacement would have been $5,000 – $7,000. I will try and follow up in a few months and give an update. Very pleased so far.

I have a suspicion that the bad reviews of this product are coming from people who are using it incorrectly. I had a blown head gasket (confirmed by repair shop when they replaced my timing belt, water pump, and thermostat) on a 1995 1.5L Honda Civic engine. The only reason I picked up a bottle of this sealant was because the mechanic recommended it after I told him that I couldn't afford a $500 dollar repair bill for replacing the head gasket. The mechanic told me that he'd used this stuff before and that it was pretty much the only head gasket sealant on the market that he'd ever seen work and told me that he would never recommend any other but, this stuff actually works. So I ordered a bottle and gave it a try. The first thing I noticed was that the instructions clearly state that you should read the entire label before starting and that you should know exactly how much fluid your radiator and engine block hold and to use a specific amount based on the volume. It also clearly states that if your water pump or thermostat are not properly working that it will not work properly and could cause uneven distribution of the product. It states clearly on the label to use the proper amount and to add it very slowly into the properly diluted radiator fluid and not to add the product until the fluid level is high enough not to touch the fins on the inside of the radiator. After doing just that, letting the engine run and the coolant cycle and then topping it off, and then letting it idle for over 15 minutes with the heat on, I could already tell that the engine was running as smoothly as it did before the blown gasket. After several days of driving, it no longer overheats, no longer produces white smoke from the coolant leaking through the gasket into the engine, no longer is leaking oil into the coolant and is no longer running rough. The stuff is very clumpy and can look worrying but when the proper amount (for me 1/3 a bottle) is added to properly mixed 50/50 fluid, it cycles through and smooths out. I plan on letting it stay in the engine until I get ready to flush the radiator out and get the rest off the product out but the bottle clearly states that you can leave it in without flushing and that it will not cause clogging or sludge. So far it has work perfectly and seems to have sealed the gasket completely but even if it does begin to leak slightly, it says that you can add more which I plan to do if it does, though so far it after 4 days of daily commuting for 36 miles, it has had no problems and works perfectly. I'd recommend it to anyone who can properly follow instructions but I would imagine that if you added it to the wrong coolant type or mixture or if you added way more than was intended that it would cause major problems with clogging up your system. Having a new water pump probably also helps, as I would imagine that if your water pump wasn't properly cycling the stuff that it would clog up in the system and prevent the sealant from reaching the leaking points and possibly clog up the radiator or heater coils. Use it as intended and it should turn out just fine.

I've used Trans-X for years, on a number of cars and PU trucks, it has always worked. Not only has it worked, but has continued to work for years. It's not a temporary type fix, but in fact does everything it claims-and a lot more. I would not let one "unhappy camper" sway you away from this product. It's also great to use on an old transmission that isn't showing any sign of slipping. Treat with Trans-X, a week or two prior to full trans service (drop pan, new filter, gasket etc.), I believe this can double the transmission's life. I am in No way connected to Trans-X, It's is just that good of a product.

I have a 1993 Ford Ranger that has 225,000 miles on it. The truck is in good condition and runs great. A couple of weeks ago, I was told I had a leak in the front block gasket on my truck. I was losing coolant sporadically and the leak appeared to be getting worse with time. That was not good news for me because, financially, I could not afford to fix the gasket (estimated $1200-$1500) and I was not ready to part with this old truck just yet. I went to Walmart about a week ago to purchase more antifreeze and saw the K&W Block Seal can on the top shelf. I never heard of this product. So, I thought I had nothing to lose and purchased it. I followed the directions exactly that same day on my truck. I still cannot believe it, BUT IT WORKED. My block dried up and currently, I see no apparent leak in that area. I cannot believe it. I even told my wife that if this $8 can of gunk works, I'll take her out to dinner @ our favorite restaurant. Dinner was great by the way..... I just wanted to thank you for selling a product that actually worked better than I truly expected. I wish you and your company continued success. Thanks again

I used your K&W Head Gasket & Block Repair, and it worked. I had a very large leak between the head and the intake manifold; it would have cost $800.00 to repair. I was at the Auto Zone yesterday, and the store manager said your stuff would fix my problem. For $20.00 I took a chance, and WOW am I happy, I have been driving my car all day today. Thank You, Thank You Thank You.

This product does as it says so far I was going to need a head gasket replacement after buying a vehicle from a dealer that I had for only a month that would have cost me anywhere from $300 to $500 which the dealers insurance that was suppose to have help taken car of services to the car within the first 6 to 8 months of purchase of car that for some reason didn't cover it (go figure)! so I googled and watched YouTube video concerning this product as well as some other products decided on this one used it according to its instructions and I can say as far as of up to 8 months and counting it has done what it says it would do without issue great amazing product it was my $300 to $500 in a bottle fix.

10/16 Tee

On October 16th I bought a can of Trans-X. After driving for 2 days, believe me, I found a wonderful difference in the driving of my car. The transmission was a lot quieter and shifted a lot better. This did wonder, it is great.

John

Worked great, just follow the instructions and you will be happy. Restored power and stopped overheating to my 13 year old engine. Terrific product! Thanks!!

I am soo glad used this product! This stuff did just what it said it would! I blew a head gasket on my 05 Mazda 3S 2.4L and I had water inclusion in my oil! They wanted 900 to "Fix" my head gasket! on my 4 banger! I used this but I will say that after I did the drain and clear out the water until "clear" I shutdown the engine and waited a week to refill with coolant and changed the oil! I just drove 50 miles around town and the water oil problem is "solved do not know how long it will last but getting back my wheels for under 100 bucks is "Awesome" just saved me 800 dollars that I didn't have!

I just wanted to drop you a line to tell how pleased I am with your product. I spent over $250 for gasket kits only to find I had a warped head and my problems persisted. I used just 1 can of Block Seal, followed easy directions, and now over 2 weeks after the fix there are no more overheats, or leaks. I do not usually write, but I thought a testimonial is required because of my positive experience. Thank you

Used it according to directions on a 3.5 Infiniti with a head gasket leak. Took 20 minutes to complete the job and 15 minutes later...The leak was sealed!!! I am totally amazed with this product!!!!!

I would recommend using tran x with every fluid change. prevents leaks, conditions seals, and make the transmission shift better prolongs, and life of the transmission. I can tell its a very good product and its worth every cent saving you from having major problems. when I put trans x in a car that would not move from prolong setting the motor just revved in all gears. I changed the fluid and filter added 1 can to the transmission fluid let the car run for about twenty minutes drove away never feeling the gears shift I believe in trans x it works 111

Wonderful product! Just wanted to let you know how great your product is! My 2004 Subaru was leaking coolant from the head gasket. Estimates range from 800 to 1000 dollars to fix. I did some research on fixes and found Fiberlock and figured I had nothing to lose. I used it exactly as the instruction stated and it's been about 2 weeks and the coolant level hasn't moved! It WAS using about a half gallon every two days (a lot). Thanks so much!

Had a friend who tried this out on his 95 Taurus. Sealed completely! A few days later, I tried it for a real gusher on my head gasket. Followed the directions to a T. It worked and saved me a long haul under the hood of an I'll designed mini-van. Thanks K&W!

Works Pretty well! I would definitely give it a chance. If you are not sure what to buy call the company and they will help you and are fantastic!

Dear CRC: This is a Great Product. I just returned home to Canada from Indianapolis. It is a 10 hour drive and over 570 miles. I was in Indy Drag Racing and Road racing my 73 455 Trans AM. I drive it to and from the track so I was in a bind when I blew a head Gasket. There was water in the oil and blowing the mixture out the breather. I had to add a far bit of water just to get it back to the Hotel. I dropped into the local NAPA dealer and they told me to try your product, Nanotechnology Permanent Head Gasket & Block Repair. I changed the oil and Filter (What a Mess) and followed the instructions on the bottle. Left the car sitting overnight then flushed the system and headed home. The trip was 10 hours and it didn't use a drop of water. I really didn't think it was going to work. Thanks for a GREAT product it saved my bacon.

FiberLock Head Gasket and Block Repair is a really nice product and it is easy to use too. I like it so far

Eliminated problem within minutes. Saved me over 1000 dollars.

My wife's Nitro sprung a radiator fluid leak, and for the life of me, I could not find out where it was coming from. It was definitely not the hoses or a crack in the fluid reservoir, rather it was somewhere out of sight from under the car or under the hood. After a couple days, the leak got so bad that it would almost drain all of the fluid after one day of being refilled, and would gush out when it got hot. I was close to taking it in to get it looked at until I came across this, and decided to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. Within minutes of pouring in the recommended amount, the leak stopped dripping. After letting it idle for the suggested amount of time, I took it for a spin out of the neighborhood and down the highway and back and thankfully all was well. It's been a week or so and even with daily driving I haven't seen any evidence of any leak anymore, and the vehicle has been running great. I highly recommend giving this a shot for radiator leaks.

When I removed the thermostat and ran my engine, I noticed small bubbles rising in the plastic tank. However, the exhaust test indicated negative...also no white smoke, but it was a head gasket leak from someplace. Engine would overheat and blow out anti-freeze, then go back to normal, overheat, then back to normal. Much like any project, TAKE YOUR TIME! This product cannot be used with anti-freeze per the instructions. Give yourself at least 2 days or even 3, with this project. I would suggest back flushing your system to get all the junk out. Start with a clean system to include the bottle. I even drove my truck around the block without a thermostat, parked it, and again drained and garden hosed the system. If the water is light green (orange) then there is still anti-freeze in the system. FLUSH FLUSH. The engine was still warm on the last flush. I followed the instructions and poured the product in a jug with steaming warm water off the stove. When the system was depleted of all anti-freeze and prior to adding the product, I added ONE SMALL BOTTLE OF FOOD COLORING. One small bottle is enough to help me see when it's time to rinse the system of the product. Follow the directions. I let it sit for the rest of the day and overnight. The next day, when it was time to rinse out the product, the food coloring helped me to ensure the product was cleared out. Again, RINSE RINSE RINSE the product out. Follow the directions! I replaced the anti-freeze, "burped" the system, and had no problems as of yet (knock on wood). If at anytime, the product lumps up to 'oatmeal' like others have described, then you did not flush the system of anti-freeze or did not rinse the product out completely prior to adding anti-freeze. Again, give yourself 2 to 3 days, read and follow the directions and TAKE YOUR TIME!.

I just wanted to tell you something you already know. Your product work 10 times Better then Blue Devil. Your product fixed both of my sons cars at the same time saving me thousands (Audi,BMW) both cars fixed in minutes... thanks for a product that actually works. Keep up the good work.

Great product, seems to have fixed a slipping issue I had from cold start in my Honda 2005 (every day. So now nearly 1 month later there is still no issues since using this product. Now I even had to replace the transmission fluid because of a drive shaft replacement. For the replacement I just used the Honda transmission fluid for now, and there is not yet any issues. So for me it has worked really amazing. Highly recommended product for this kind of slipping issues, thanks.

02/18 Morten B.S.

I was quoted $1300 to repair a transmission. I decided I would try Trans X and replace filter. I changed the transmission fluid and filter an added Trans X. I used the car 2 more years without any further transmission problems. It is the only Transmission additive I will use.

01/14 Gary

Just Thought I would let you know that the K&W Block SEAL worked great. The leak stopped almost immediately and 2 years , 9 months and over 100,000 miles later, No leak from the crack or the heater core . The Truck has over 307,000 miles now and no major engine repair yet. I am a firm believer in this product. Saves a whole lot of Money ,Time and Work.

Mark

A real difference. My goal is to get our Chevy minivan to 250,000 miles. The transmission is the "critical path" item. I noticed a significant difference after adding this product recently (in late Spring) to our vehicle. The transmission was slipping at almost every stop. Now it shifts much more smoothly.

06/13 Al

I put this in my 2011 ford edge, it was shifting rough and shuttering under acceleration, and clunk from drive to park, and park to drive, and I almost immediately noticed the difference! Couldn't even feel my car shifting and my shifter shifted so much smoother no clunks at all!!

10/16 Devi

Worked for me, added to a 2001 Kia Optima which had oil in the coolant overflow tank - I mean a lot of oil. Followed directions exactly (except I flushed many more times than directions stated to get all the oil out) and 5 months later still no oil in coolant. A Miracle in a Bottle.

05/12 Freddie

I had a 1995 Grand Marquis with about 122k miles on it. In the summer it would lose antifreeze and run rough. It got to the point where I needed to add antifreeze every stop. Apparently the fluid would flow out of the plastic overflow tank cap. My mechanic used this after thoroughly flushing the system. ( he said he flushed it 10 times). So far no more leakage after a month and 400+ miles. I will update as mileage builds. But so far so good. At 1000 miles still no leaks and no problems with the heater.

11/15 Satisfied Customer

1996 Ford Explorer 5.0L, AWD: Had problems with rough shifting and hesitation going into overdrive. Added one pint to transmission and change was almost immediate. Shifts smooth as silk. Shift is now identical to my wife's 2007 for explorer. Highly recommend this product to anyone who is having problems with a transmission which may be full of sludge.

02/15 Kacey Carr

Works perfect. The Automatic of my 50,000 miles Forester was skating and best repair estimates were US$ 1.500.00. With just one can the problem disappeared.

10/13 Jean

Definitely recommend this product. This stuff in the green jug works great! Sealed the head gasket within 20 minutes.

12/12 Washaman

Peace of mind. Thank you CRC Industries for making this product for people and families like me/mine! You turned my grim outlook into hope and happiness! I honestly can't thank you enough! I am definitely a VERY satisfied customer, and I vow to share my experience and give feedback to everyone whenever I can!

I would like to pass on some feedback after using your FiberLock product for a head gasket leak on my daughters 2005 Honda Civic. After a misdiagnosis by a local mechanic I was desperate to get her car back on the road and purchased your product from Autobarn yesterday. As the cooling system is only 5 liters capacity, I placed approx. 150 ml in the radiator, as I could not get any more in the small tank and let the car idle for 15 mins as instructed. The car was blowing major bubbles in the radiator reservoir and water from the exhaust, the results are absolutely amazing, no more overheating or variation in temperature at all, have now driven over 100 km with no issues, it appears to be a truly fantastic product and has worked incredibly well.

03/16 John

I hope you guys fully understand just how great your product is and how much it really helps the little man in todays world. I bought a used Chevy Blazer and found out it had a blown head gasket and trying to make ends meet nowadays is hard enough. The repairs would have been around a thousand bucks or more ,no way could I afford that. I got on-line and started seeing different people talking about your product. The truck was using about a gallon a day of water, I had to use just water because antifreeze was way to much money to pour straight on ground. There were three leaks on the drivers side ,so bad that it would pour out on the floor when I was pouring it into the radiator and the truck was not running. I used your block seal and just like the instructions said within 20 to 30 minutes it totally stopped leaking and the exhaust dried up. I have been driving it for about 4 months now and I checked my radiator level and it has not gone down one bit. No over heating or antifreeze smell. The truck is great now, Thank you so very very much.

05/07 Dave

My personal car is a 1991 Ford Escort which has about 90,000 miles on it. The head gasket failed recently and my mechanic told me how much it would cost to rebuild/replace the motor. I simply can't afford to spend that much, nor can I afford to replace the car. He suggested I try K&W Permanent Head Gasket & Block Repair. I took his advice and I am happy to say that the car is now running just fine. I can't thank you enough.

03/12 Valentine

Excellent Product. Fiberlock Head Gasket and Block Repair is a really nice product and it is easy to use too.

08/13 Tom

I had a leak in the gasket on the trans where the solenoid is.  That gasket is a problem on Chrysler P.T Cruisers.  I tried Lucas trans stop leak with no success. Your product has worked so far, put it in about a month ago.. It's the best, I will be telling my friends about it.

07/13 Jerry

We used the K&W FiberLock product in the old diesel rollback we use to transport chassis to the NASCAR Tech Center for certification and it’s done the job.

01/14 Mike, Hillman Racing (NASCAR race team)

I just wanted to let you know that your FiberLock sealer is one awesome product! I have sold several bottles and every person that I sold it to was a little skeptical but within days almost all of them have called me back to tell me how fast the stuff worked. I have one customer that put it in their shop car (which gets the living daylights beat out of it) over 2 months ago and is still perfectly sealed. I know like most of us in the retail world, you usually only hear from someone when something doesn't work. Well I just wanted to let you know how well this product works! Race season is just starting out here in the Midwest and we will be taking some of this with us to the track to try to get racers to use it for quick fix at the track (on close to stock compression engines anyhow).

04/12 Dan

My transmission would not go into drive, I basically had to manually shift by putting it in low 2nd then drive. After adding TransX it goes into drive every time. Soon as I poured it in I was able to put it in drive with engagement. Amazing product!

01/16 Matthew A. Hunter

It works. Great stuff.

03/11 Mike

It worked great on my 2001 GMC work van. Gasket went out and dumped coolant, hour away from home. Sealed it up and the cooling system is fine. Need to make sure you drive it after you wait the 15 min.

07/13 Kris

Blew a head gasket while driving a 1994 Buick Lesabre with 3.8 on freeway - pulled over not knowing what caused over heat - refilled car with water and noticed that it was running rough and steam was coming out of the exhaust. I went up to street to NAPA which was a 1/2 mile away and bought this off the shelf and paid $36 - put it in - refilled and it steamed for about 15 minutes - still holding water - car isn't worth the cost of a head gasket job - this stuff depending on how long it works will enable me to get the last drop of service out of this commuter car. Thanks to the chemists at CRC. UPDATE: It has been several months since I used this product and it is still going strong. My heater works fine and there have been no problems with my cooling system. I generally agree with the other poster about stop leak products plugging radiators - but GM has been using stop leaks chemicals for years as part of the routine service bulletin campaigns on their aluminum and aluminum and cast iron engines which had intake manifold and head gasket leaks (poor engineering) such as the Chevrolet 2.8 v6 & the Cadillac 4100 & 4300 v8. As I said - this car isn't worth the $$ to fix, so every day I can drive it is pure pay back for me - $36 was a cheap fix.

K&W FIBERLOCK IS THE BEST... IT WORKS!! I DON'T LIKE WASTING MY TIME AT ALL SO HEED MY RAVE ABOUT THIS MEGA-AWESOME PRODUCT! EVERYONE HAS TO KNOW ABOUT THE HEAD GASKET LEAK I HAD IN MY CHEVY S10 PICKUP 2.2L (NOTORIOUS FOR LEAKY HEADS) EXPERIENCE & K&W FIBERLOCK TAKING CARE OF IT!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED W/ NEGATIVE RESULTS TRY THIS PRODUCT! OK! IT'S ALMOST WINTER HERE IN CONNECTICUT & FEELING THE PRESSURE OF HAVING TO GO OUTSIDE POP OPEN THE HOOD & KEEP ADDING FLUID TO THE RADIATOR ON THE COLDEST DAYS OF THE YEAR HAD ME ALL SUPER PO'D! SO ON THE MORNING OF 09/17/14 I WENT TO ADVANCE AUTO IN STAFFORD SPRINGS, CT W/ AN ATTITUDE THAT COULD CHOKE A HORSE! A CASHIER NAMED CHRIS M. ASKED ME PLEASANTLY "HOW'S YOUR MORNING?" I STARTED GRUMBLING ABOUT MY TRUCK HAVING A HEAD-GASKET LEAK AMONGST OTHER THINGS AS I WALKED OVER TOWARDS THE SEALERS SECTION. HE (CHRIS) CAME OVER TO ME & STARTED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT PERSONAL EXPERIENCES HE & HIS BOSS WERE CONFRONTED WITH, PERTAINING TO LEAKY HEADS "MY BOSS PUT THIS STUFF INTO HIS BMW & HE HAD PUT IT INTO A 95 CHEVY 2.2L & IT DEFINITELY WORKED" WELL I HAVE A 94 2.2L & CONSIDERING IT WORKED FOR THEM I'D GIVE IT A TRY. HE THEN SAID IT WAS $36.(4X THE AMOUNT MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED) BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS "THIS STUFF ACTUALLY WORKS" TO MY AMAZEMENT! IT'S BEEN A WEEK NOW & HAVE NOT ADDED ANY COOLANT WHAT-SO-EVER! I GUESS YOUR ALSO ASKING WHY AM I USING CAPITAL LETTERS IT'S CAUSE OF MY EXCITEMENT THAT SOMEONE LIKE CRC (THE MAKERS OF THIS AWESOME PRODUCT) COULD COME WITH SUCH A PRODUCT! DO SOME ONLINE RESEARCH ON YOUR OWN & CHECK OUT THE CONSTITUENTS THAT ARE IN THIS AMAZING PRODUCT! I COULD GO ON BUT I'LL LEAVE IT UP TO YOU TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK: WATERGLASS, COPPER, ALUMINUM & KEVLAR! I AM GUIDED BY A HIGHER POWER & IT HAS BROUGHT ME TO A MUCHLY NEEDED RESOLUTION! I AM ALSO LEAVING IT IN THE SYSTEM FOR "NO MORE PROBLEMS" INSURANCE!

Amazing! My car would not go in reverse at times ( very annoying ) Tried other additives with little results. Figured "what the heck" I'll try K&W's Trans-x. WOW was I impressed went in reverse right away and has worked ever since. By the way this is the first review I have ever written. I have already recommended the to my other backyard buddy's. It really worked for me.

01/15 Family Mechanic

CRC is a great company and has been in business for a long time. Prior to using this product, repair the problem that caused your overheating problem. Flush your cooling system with a quality cleaner. Then flush with clean water. 100% follow the instructions on the bottle, watch their online video, or call their tech support prior to using they are very pleasant and very willing to help, just remember this will not work if you do not correct what originally caused your overheating problem, this product can reverse the damage that the overheating caused. I think this is an item that will solve some cooling system problems. The company guarantees it to work or your money back. But just remember that in some cases your vehicle will require an actual part replacement to solve your cooling system problem. If you plan on buying this and not following the instructions 100% or skipping a step that you don't think you need, don't buy it. Your only possibility of this working will rely on you 100% cleaning your cooling system and following every step of the instructions. Regardless of peoples comments This will not cause blockages to occur in your cooling system, it is my opinion that the blockage was there prior to using this CRC product, in most cases car owners have used all the inexpensive products first, and many will cause blockage. So if you suspect that you have a blocked or partially blocked radiator, remove it and take it to a radiator shop for cleaning or replace it. Test or replace your thermostat and lastly have your radiator cap tested or replace it.

01/16 DR Rucker

I was a skeptic at first. My boss makes us drive a 2006, Toyota, Corolla. It had a problem of overheating for over a year. After replacing the radiator cap, thermostat, etc. there was no improvement. Recently we diagnosed it as having a leak in the head gasket. My boss brought a bottle of this product over to correct the problem. I followed the directions verbatim (this is the essential key) and used it. I let the material dry for 24 hours. I flushed the coolant system and replaced the water with anti-freeze. The vehicle started up with no problems. The leak has stopped ! It runs really good. I found the results most impressive. As the oil did not appear to be fouled (frothing) and coolant not being shot out of the exhaust, this may explain as to why we got good results as the gasket although leaking, had a minimal list of problems.
